Sealed, unopened boxes only
We only buy Dexcom G7 boxes that remain sealed and unopened. Opened boxes are not accepted. Select “Sealed and unused” in the intake form and use the exact product name on the package.
Identify the product label
Dexcom’s product FAQ describes the G7 as an all-in-one wearable sensor and explains that readings can be sent to a compatible display device. Use the exact product name shown on the package when completing the model field.
