Find a Samsung phone model
Samsung’s mobile-phone support page lets visitors search by model code or product name and includes a “Find a model number” link. A model code is especially useful when a product name covers multiple versions.
Name the phone, not just the brand
For the model field, enter the Galaxy family and model name or code when known. Then add condition and quantity; these are separate fields in the New York Buyback intake form.
